A colony(GOVINDPURI COLONY) in NEW DELHI was chosen somewhat randomly,
its a relatively poorer colony, its effect could be felt by larger number of people. But, on the other hand we could choose a simpler (some other colony eg, Lajpat Nagar ETC.)"Pilot Project" for its success and its effect on the overall project.
